Kristin Gracy
Hello, my name is Kristin Gracy. My husband and I have called east Tennessee home for many years. We lived in Knoxville TN prior to moving to Monroe County TN and knew a few of our neighbors during those years. Six years ago, we had the opportunity to buy our dream place that allowed us to have land with horses, chickens and grow our own garden and fruit trees. It’s also a wonderful place for our grandkids to visit, experience country life and build great memories. We have developed close bonds with our neighbors, and we rely on each other for help, friendship, advice, and support. It’s like nothing we’ve experienced before and a bonus we didn’t expect.
We love east Tennessee because of the beautiful roads to ride our motorcycles and explore waterfalls, mountains, and valley views. We believe we found a little slice of heaven on earth. We ride horses on some of the most amazing trails you can imagine, and the nearby Cherokee National Forest and Great Smoky Mountains have miles and miles of trails to explore.
Real estate is a second career for me and one I wish I had started from the beginning of my working life because it brings me so much joy. My husband recently became a real estate agent, and we are now Team Gracy and work from our home office most days. We love being able to walk outside our home office to watch the horses graze and the chickens roam the fields. I love finding the perfect home for a buyer or helping a seller transition to the next part of their home ownership phase. I think of myself as a real estate matchmaker and am deeply passionate about it. Many of my real estate clients become close friends and part of our sphere of influence. Randy Gracy
Hello, my name is Randy Gracy. My wife, Kristin and I moved to Monroe County several years ago from the big city of Knoxville, TN. We both graduated from the University of Tennessee and love this area. We found our dream farm/ranch home where we have horses, chickens and grow our own garden and fruit trees; we call it the Triple G Ranch. Our neighbors are a tremendous reason we love where we moved to and now consider them family. As my wife put it, “We have developed close bonds with our neighbors, and we rely on each other for help, friendship, advice, and support. It’s like nothing we’ve experienced before and a bonus we didn’t expect.”
We are avid motorcycle riders as well and this area is like the mecca of motorcycle roads. Being members of the Blue Knights International Motorcycle Club, we have several members from around the world coming to ride this area and even staying overnight with us. East Tennessee has the most scenic roads with waterfalls, mountains, and valley views that will find anywhere on earth. We also ride horses and have met some of the nicest people who also ride. They have become great friends and we all go riding/camping as often as we can. The Cherokee National Forest and Great Smoky Mountains have miles and miles of trails to explore.
Coming from the city where I was a salesperson most of my life for newspapers and magazines, is was a welcome transition in my real estate career. My wife and I have teamed up to become Gracy Squared (G2). When we aren’t in the Tellico Mountain Realty office, we love having an office at our home where we can work while looking over the Triple G Ranch and enjoy the animals and our picturesque view.
